Return and Exchange Policy:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • If you experience an issue with your product, contact our customer support team immediately.
  • To proceed with a return or exchange, share a clear image of the product along with the original purchase receipt.
  • Please note that the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.
  • This policy is valid only for 30 days after receipt of the item. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accommodated.

Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • The product must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags and packaging should be intact.
  • The item must not be washed or altered in any way.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any return request for a product with stains, cuts, or damages caused by the customer will not be accepted.
  • Customers must use a trackable shipping service to return items and share tracking details with us.
  • Returns should be sent to the same address from which the order was originally shipped.

Refund Policy:

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Our accounts department will process your refund within 3 business days after approval.
  • A confirmation email with further details will be sent to you upon successful processing.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but within 3 days will be subject to a 30% deduction from the total amount.
  • Cancellations after 3 days will result in a 50% deduction.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
